@davenezia: In buildings that offer hotel-type management of units, there is sometimes a (large) difference in maintenance depending on whether a unit can be rented out as a hotel room or not. The way one can tell is that one type of units will be numbered differently from the other. Of course, It could also be that this coop combined two buildings into a single entity at some point, but the numbering was left intact.
