How is this an amazing deal? It's a low-floor coop facing the back that the broker admits requires TLC, in a stuffy coop that only takes 50% financing. Keep cutting...

Oh yea I just saw the kitchen had no photo so must require a lot of work...that 3M valuation was totally off...

yeah this reminds me of those stores that jack up prices only to slash by half to try to fool folks into thinking they're getting an amazing deal.
