The rents are low for a reason. The building is doing constant construction right now and the noise has made living here unbearable for the remaining tenants. They have no care or consideration for the tenants who are forced inside due to the pandemic situation and many are leaving in droves.
We will be leaving as soon as our lease ends. Avoid this building, it's a hellish situation with the construction noise, and their lack of respect for their tenants.

Agreed 100000%. Had to move out because of this issue. Seriously DO NOT MOVE HERE! Called as many people as I could to get this issue resolved and the best they could do was offer a chair in the gym. Really isnt a great setup if you need to work from home. Couldn't recommend less
