Discussion about 402 Bay Ridge Parkway in Bay Ridge
This building is in the running for the worst in Bay Ridge - absent super, hundreds of roaches in the basement both day and night, terrible laundry room, etc. - and that’s in addition to the vibration and subway noises that penetrate so well that one can hear station announcements during the day all the way up on the top floor.
