Discussion about 72 Willoughby Street in Downtown Brooklyn
The semi-basement gym here is really gross because of water damage -- smells mildewy

Do not bother contacting Independent Properties to see a place. They will ghost you after many appointments asking to see the unit, give you a video of the wrong unit, and act shady. Lived in NYC for 5 + years and have NEVER dealt with such a shady brokerage.
