Hi everyone- I need some advice on pricing a beautiful new development duo of triplex condos in Bedstuy. The quality is unlike anything I've seen on or off the market, for the area, and I'm just trying to gauge a smart listing price. Will buyers/buyers agents come to see a condo in Bedstuy for 1.9 million? Aiming $1091 psf. Thanks for the help :)
