Discussion about 40 Clinton Street #6E
Is it a true 1 bedroom or a studio? I think it is a studio.

Converted alcove studio - hence, junior 1 BR in the description.

It's really awkward how they've bisected the windows with the 'bedroom' wall though. I'd call this an alcove studio with a partition. Definitely not a one-bed or even Jr 1 IMO.
