Man, this is one ugly bare-bones apartment. You actually were insane enough to ask $4.9 million for a 2BR/2BA mediocre-finished apt with giant windows in the kitchen/LR and 1 Bedroom that literally face another building, with windows, a few feet away? Who on earth would ever want to live in a place like this? I'm sure this will eventually sell, but for way less than the $3.9 that you originally paid.

Now c'mon, Ethan--it comes with a striking view of the giant Manhattan Mini-Storage sign. That's gotta be worth something, no?

That block has kind of sucked for a very long time but perhaps some very expensive projects going up just West of there will do for it what Chelsea Piers did for London Terrace.
