I guess the Manhattan commercial real esate world is a small world after all...

It's a world of laughter
A world of tears
It's a world of hopes
And a world of fears
There's so much that we share
That it's time we're aware
It's a small world after all

It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small, small world

There is just one moon
And one golden sun
And a smile means
Friendship to every one
Though the mountains divide
And the oceans are wide
It's a small world after all

It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small, small world

Not much was said about this Disney development but I for one find it of interest. These guys are about the best there is when analyzing real estate alternatives. If folks recall, it was Disney that arrived early in Times Square area when not considered such a move. It was an excellent investment for them and in no small part, began a revival of the area.

Now, they are doing the reverse. The economics, even for a very wealthy power house company such as this, apparently doesn't make much sense. Disney is reporting record profits quarter after quarter so it isn't like they are desperate to reduce costs.I sure would like to hear the Donald's take on this Disney decision.
