Why not list on Streeteasy as a usual rental with a disclaimer in the description upfront about remaining lease term and extension terms offered by the landlord?

300, I am going to work on that tomorrow. I couldn't find any links on Streeteasy earlier. This building has a dedicated agent. I'm hoping to list (with the disclaimer, and willing to augment monthly rent) on SE and then hopefully people will reach out to see since it will be listed with the other rentals here.
