Mr. Berritto has better taste in art (or at least, the art of staging) than Mr. Crone did. But I don't think that's included in the purchase price.

It's the crystal bubble lights on the ceiling of the BR that do it (or not) for me. And I hate the way the ceiling was dropped to below the top of the window arches -- bad design. I almost like the floorplan, and the space could be grand, but there's something about it that leaves me cold.

The renovations don’t look incredibly extensive comparing these photos to the ones from the 2016 listing. Kitchen and bathrooms look the same. A $4 million increase in value seems to be a stretch. Price discovery period to come?

From what I can tell the biggest changes we on the outdoor space? But $4 million in "landscaping" given that segment of the market is struggling the hardest is what prompted this thread. At a time where every broker interviewed is screaming about pricing correctly to market I'm wondering what I'm missing here.
