Building an app to connect buyers and sellers

Hello, Not sure if this is a good place to put this idea out there, but here it goes anyway. I am thinking about building an app that will connect sellers of houses with buyers, that can streamline the whole process of house buying. Essentially functioning as the middle man (like Uber, ClassPass, Zocdoc, etc.). It would be a marketplace of sorts. I'm expecting some brokers to be unhappy with this idea, however some of you may want to add in your two cents to this idea. Thanks for any feedback!
