Discussion about 695 Monroe Street in Stuyvesant Heights
This is a PSA: I live in another building nearby developed by this developer and his general contractor and we have had serious construction issues including electrical problems, major leaks, and more. The main developer will not honor his warranty obligations and has been sued by other members of the sponsor organization in New York state court. Happy to provide index numbers for the suits if anyone is interested.
