Anyone have more information on this apt or know why its listed so much lower that last sale price?

Perhaps because the last sale was at the peak of the most recent Bull Market, 2015. And now we're facing the economic consequences of a global pandemic.

The current owners do love their colors. Some interesting choices, many I agree with (but perhaps not all in the same apartment). Good looking (if sort of routine) kitchen though. Agree with stache - the floorplan is weird. Wonder what the original layout was?

Also, in the roofdeck photo: What is the gray brick(?) building in the left distance with the arches on the upper floor?
