anxious to know more about this building - anyone?

The original sponsor is selling off all of their units, I think they own about 45% of the building still? If you're renting from them, they're giving you the option to purchase your apartment, otherwise they're not renewing leases. I just assisted someone with a purchase there.

I wish the sponsor would get their listing data correct:
* 1601 shows as a 1BR, but text (correctly) says studio.
* Are there really three entry doors in 24C?
And there sure are some oddball floorplans (722, 1433). The rest are very... efficient, not that there's anything wrong with that! Anybody know how many of the layouts are Birnbaum's initial design? It looks like 1533 was originally a large 1 BR, with the dining alcove now a 2nd BR.
