Six months ago, we bought an apartment from Roxann Realty in another building. They were incredibly difficult and dishonest throughout the entire process, but we went through with it. *One week* after moving in, our apartment's waste pipe backed up into both bathrooms! Turns out, they massively screwed up the pipes when they renovated the unit. Of course, Roxann claims it's not their fault. AVOID THEM!
