Susan Sarandon's apartment sold at ask in 2+ months. Not a particularly attractive building, but perhaps the new normal at +/-$1300/ft. If I remember correctly at one time there was litigation over the commercial space in that building.

She sure moves around a lot. I guess many celebrities do that. It would drive me crazy.
