@Aaron2 - I renewed my lease March 1, 2020 and these issues have really come to a boiling point since COVID. The general disrepair, realizing how frequent people smoke, unwillingness to adjust amenity prices even though occupancy is only 20%., etc.

The units in this building are larger than most in the area and the location has good transit options.
But, renter beware.
