Isolated sales boom?

Discussion about 130 William at 130 William Street in Fulton/Seaport
There's quite a number of units listed as going into contract in the last month or so. Considering there's been almost zero new construction deals done in FiDi this year it makes me wonder what's going on here. Anyone have the scoop?

Or actually decided to make listings in contract official?

It's also at a stage of construction where the product has become tangible. Not just buying off plan.
