Anyone knows why many J line apts are for sale in 430 West 34th (Convention Overlook)? are there any plans to build any tall buildings on the south side of the building?

Selling because the owners don't want to be quarrantined in studios any longer, and they think they can get a good price selling to the facebook staff who will be moving into the Farley building?
