Discussion about
A Developer was sued last week by a condo. How does one search the public records to ascertain which condo board sued?

For New York County (aka Manhattan):

Search plaintiffs and defendants using the official name of the Board. (E.g. "Board of Managers of 801 Fifth Avenue")

I don't know the board. I do know the attorneys, and the date. Either monday or tuesday of last week

Had you actually looked at the link I posted, you would have seen the way to search by attorney.

George, Pretty impressive you know about the link. My lawyer only sent it to me a few days back as I was researching some properties.

I'm pretty sure MCR has linked to that in the past when she has written about cases. If you want to see some actions by an insane Coop Board look up "Penquin" (that's a "Q" not a "G").
