There are close to 20 apartments actually vacant. They only list a few on street easy so it doesn't seem as dire as it is.

They are having trouble renting due to Pinnacle Managements lack of services for tenants - To say to someone who is paying a large rent "we don't have money for that repair" does not help.

There was recently a fire - there was no notice to tenants that the fire was ongoing (other than the soot and smoke that filled their apartments at 4 am). There was no way to contact management to find out what to do. Staffing levels were almost non-existent (1 person without any super).

Many tenants are in the process of leaving and breaking their lease

This is no way to run a business - what can they be thinking

Do not move here. I read the negative comments before moving here several years ago and figured every building has some issues. We were wowed by the beautiful unit and great location. Huge regret. The issues before the fire were frustrating and may have led to us leaving at some point (despite initially planning to stay long-term), but the fire opened our eyes to the fact that our safety is of zero concern to management. Several tenants were in real danger and the thought of what could have happened and the fact that it was avoidable is terrifying and unacceptable. Communication is just CYA. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
