Discussion about
Anybody in the know know anything about this place? I know the location is sub optimal but it seems to be priced well considering the square footage, amenities and views. Is this because the work is of inferior quality? Thanks

It was a rental building and it still has low rental grade finishes and common areas to go with its poor location. I also don't think that >$1000/sqft is "priced well" for that neighborhood.

units are small, but have nice black/white finishes..well nicer than some of the Broadwall units. But, layouts are not the most practical and units are on smaller side. Location is just ok.

Thanks folks. How would you compare it to some of the other newer buildings in the yorkville area?
