Both 'bedrooms' have windows so technically legal I believe... That said, talk about claustrophobia. Blech.

I would write the listing agent and confirm it's listed as a legal two bedroom in the offering plan.

Not legal. Otherwise, almost every 1 Bedroom will be a two bedroom with living room having no window.

That’s what I was thinking - no window in the LR. Are they allowed to advertise as a 2br? And if not, who is supposed to enforce?

We had this debate very recently. A living room cannot be subdivided and made windowless to create a bedroom. This is a 1BR.
