Purchased for 1.8m in 2001, or $2.7m in today's dollars, on the market for under $2m today. Maybe Trump's soiled name has something to do with it, maybe it's just a closed-plan layout in an aging building, but this must have been one of the worst assets one could have bought in 2001.
