How delayed is ACRIS right now? I had a closing on Nov 6 and still it isn't recorded in ACRIS.

Its not all on acris.
Its up to the attorney filing the recording.
At times Ive waited as long as 60 days after a sale to view it on acris.

My issue was actually because my atty was incompetent. Ends up DOF needed additional documents. Ended up doing it myself. Filed now!
