Discussion about
So my renovation is done and the apartment next door is still under reno. They took out a bathtub/or a wall and the spot is right next to my living room wall. Now there's a long crack on my wall/ceiling and skirting board. Has anyone experienced the similar situation? Any suggestion on how to fix it? My contractor ask me to talk to my neighbor first.

Talk to your neighbor. His contractor will likely fix it. I assume this is just a crack in drywall rather than in a structural wall.

300, thanks. Yeah I think so.
Should I inform the super before talking to my neighbor?

You have to write to super plus managing agent for the record but mention that you are going to talk to the neighbor and that you hope to resolve this yourself with the neighbor. Cracks are minor issue and can be easily fixed. They will have to paint the full section of the wall if you have eggshell or shinier paint.
