Discussion about
It's bad enough when brokers over-stage listings but when they start changing immutable architectural elements and views ya gotta put a flag on the play. To wit: Check out the deft removal of across-the-street windows (image 5-6) and the enlarging of an otherwise skimpy window (image 7-8). I'll leave the bathroom decor (unstaged) for a separate discussion... https://www.bhsusa.com/manhattan/midtown-east/110-east-57th-street-8efg/coop/20565184

I am not into low ceiling post-wars but I do like the layout. This one at least says virtual staging - so I am not offended by small enhancements. Many I have seem have virtual reno which may not even be possible but call it virtual staging.

Hahaha the missing windows!

This is one listing where I kind of wish they did a virtual reno of the bathrooms.. Because of all the mirrors I am getting dizzy just by looking at the actual photos.

Just waiting for the misrepresentation suit. Do brokers really think that their time is better spent airbrushing out windows across the street, rather than getting out and developing the contacts and marketing to actually sell an apartment?

I don’t understand removing the windows across the way. There are still six other windows that are visible. What benefit did this serve?
