no bathroom renovations allowed?

Discussion about Riverhouse, One Rockefeller Park at 2 River Terrace in Battery Park City

while I've seen a kitchen reno at riverhouse, they are very rare. bathroom reno's haven't seen at all. difficult HOA regs?

?? Isn’t it a 2006 building which means most people do not need to renovate bathrooms yet. I am sure if you want to renovate your bathroom, you will be allowed.

I am an active real estate agent in the Riverhouse and can say there have been plenty bathroom renovations in the Riverhouse. The board is very reasonable in the building. There simply have not been many renovated units that have come to market for sale or rent for the public to view.
