Because that floorplan was designed for printed paper and Im sure it looks very nice in the printed brochure package.
But to your point you are correct.
Someone should take the time to design a floorplan that plays better on digital apparatus.

Actually now looking at the floorplan on a modern iphone vs my 10 year old PC is does look a lot better and the colors are not an issue.
Of course, their target audience for their 8 figure apartment is not someone with a 10 year old PC.

However, they posted it in too small a file size so when you close up you loose some focus and resolution.
A common shortcut too many people take, saving files at the smallest file size setting which in turn compromises viewing quality.

I'd take a park or river view over this any day...
