Yorkville building advice

Was wondering if someone might compare and contrast some buildings in Yorkville. Looking for a 2 bedroom and have seen one carnegie hill, astor terrace,century tower, former Mitcell-Lama buildings. Liked 1 carnegie very much but concerned re:land-lease, high maintenance and proximity to projects. Would anyone care to comment on these (or other places) up there?
