In comparison to downtown, it seems like there is little new construction available on the Upper East Side. Just to rattle off the few projects I know, there is: The Benson The Hayworth The Kent Beckford House and Tower 1228 Madison 175 E 78th 40 East End 180 E 88th If you're familiar with these projects (or others on the UES), which one is your favorite?
