I would like to convert it to condos like the other developments mentioned. How do I get this building out of rent stabilization? I am sure the current owner tried very hard.

After 16 years here, I don't even know what the M train is or where it goes. Is it that weird line that never enters Manhattan, or is it like the 9 where it skips stops upstate (i.e. beyond 125th) but otherwise is basically a 1 train? Actually don't answer that. Ater reading this ad, I think I'm happier not knowing.
