Discussion about 301 West 118th Street #6M
The building is good but with this apartment, you will be hit with a neighbor (5th floor) who will constantly complain about anything and will make your life miserable, and most important is the landlord, he will for some or other reason never return your deposit! How I know this, cause I lived there for 5 years and though we paid on the 1st of every month, the landlord with no reason did not refund the deposit.
