Take a look, but Celtic Park's apts seemed awfully small to me - their outdoor parking is a nice feature, though (wait list?) - there are other coops in the area you should compare with - I think you may find most Sside coops have larger spaces, though none are great.
Hi lowery, well many SSide apartments are on the smaller side. How many layouts did you see in CP? I know there are lots of them - we saw one that was decent. Parking's not so important to us (no car) - but I can see if it is important to someone that would be an issue.
Any knowledge on Sunnyhill Gardens on 51st? or Berkeley Towers?
