I have listed my rental listing on SE since Tuesday 6/22 and it's still not stuck with Pending Approval status. I have raised multiple tickets with Support since then but have not heard back from SE at all on any of them. Does anyone have a similar delay and non response? The worst is that I listed using FRBO+ and they charged $250 on my card right away. Should I discuss to put this charge on hold until I get a response from SE? Thank you.

historically, StreetEasy tech support staff has not worked weekends, which is one reason I think brokers (who often need tech support on weekends) should have pushed harder against it. Not having any response on a support ticket is odd though.

I'm in the same boat. Submitted mine on Saturday, figured I should give them 2 business days, but those have elapsed and haven't heard a word back. Just pinged their support email again on the ticket to see if they will say anything. McDull did they ever approve yours?

I'm in the same boat !! Anyone has an update on this ? Did they extend the days since they are taking forever to approve ?

Use the online chat function. They are significantly quicker there in resolving issues. Best of luck with your respective listings.
