FSBO - Anyone successfully sold their coop in Manhattan on their own?

Hate my broker and am willing to drop the price ALOT but I have a tough board and am worried I can't find a qualified buyer on my own. Tough board means tough sell. Try selling to someone who lives in your coop or a friend of one of your neighbors. Otherwise see a doctor for a xanax prescription and stay with your broker. Next time buy a condo.

I sold a very small co-op (read:cheap) about 2 years ago without a broker. The state of the market made it a breeze. Other than the NYTimes & Craigslist, you shouldn't need any help; but, if you have an expensive place, that's a whole different game.
