Discussion about 405 East 54th Street in Sutton Place
who owns this building? Is it rent controlled? stabilized? why no sales or rental if there are over 300+ units? Thanks for your input.

It's a rental building, listed in my computer as 405 East 54th. That's outside my area, so I'd say if you are interested in an apartment there, your best bet is to go by the building and get the phone number of the leasing office.

Also FYI, here's a fifteen-year-old Times article about the area that mentions the building here:
