Beware of this building, it's a SHELDON SOLOW building, he's now dead, but the family still is around. Solow's reputation is equal to Donald Trump and Jared Kushner, NY real estate Bull Shitters, who don't give a damn about anything other than your RENT check. The units are old, the building staff is poor, the appliances need updating, the windows need replacement, they charge for the GYM, they charge for the POOL, the elevators are constantly breaking down. Need I say more, these are the horrors of the New York Rental Real Estate World, RUN AWAY !!!!!!!
