Discussion about 185 East 85th Street at 1510 Third Avenue in Upper East Side
not a luxury building. 2021/2022 all elevators will be renovated. No super. other area buildings with high quality and standards- family who knows the building and Charles Greenthal looking to hose all tenants with rents that are WAY above market rate
