UWS The Marlow & Slate Property Group

Discussion about
Saw the Marlow on the UWS, and fell in love with a unit. Made, at my broker's suggestion, a full priced offer. Now, it has been a month, and not heard back on whether or not my offer has been accepted from the Sponsor (Slate Property Group). Has anyone worked with Slate Property Group? I have seen they have been involved in several lawsuits. Any knowledge of The Marlow on the UWS?

Personally, I would move on if they are not responding to a valid full priced offer.

A month is forever in broker world. New Developments really are their own beast... but the listing broker of the Marlow is pretty experienced with them, and has signed at least one contract in the past week... so my question to you would be, "what did/does listing broker say about the delay?"
