New Single Mens shelter at 1 Hoyt

The 160 beds homeless shelter right next to the building that will open in March and that no one is talking about it’s not good. There will be a lot of drugs addicted hanging in the area of 11 Hoyt because is next door and the stores will close due to theft and the real estate will look value.

Has it opened already or you mean March 2023?

The shelter has opened. A lot of the residents are migrants or low-income workers. We haven't had any issues with the shelter staff or residents, and they've held quarterly meetings with area residents and businesses to provide updates and address concerns.
