What does it mean when only 5 of 10 units in a new development are listed? I know that 384 maple street in Brooklyn has 10 units and 5 are in contract. I have been watching this building for a few months - thinking about making an offer. Then all of a sudden 5 units were removed from the website. http://www.corcoran.com/property/nd/detail_listings.aspx?ndevid=390 what does this mean? Are they going rental with the rest or are they just waiting out the market to relist the condos again?
