Discussion about Twenty Exchange at 20 Exchange Place in Financial District

This building has had unreliable elevators for the upper 26 floors since November. People on the higher floors are often trapped on their floor, or walk down 20 flights to the next elevator bank. New management took over the bldg a year ago and treat the staff so poorly and NOT attentive to tenants. AVOID
