Discussion about 525 East 72nd Street #44I
Here's some good advise from a former tenant who had to move out of this horrible building. Anthony Brucia the resident manager (super), smokes Cigars all over the place, it stinks and he smells, and it's a no smoking building !!, Janice Loew, the resident rental agent, will lie about the facts, and wiggle at you, as she smiles, beware of her too !!. The elevators are a problem, read the other comments. The Gym charges more than Equinox and the work-out room has Fans since the air-conditioning in the room is practically none. It's an all glass building and the air-conditioning is extremely poor, it's inadequate for so much glass in all the apartments. The roof-top grill, comes with a $25.00, fee for each use !! The Laundry room has poor equipment, it floods, bring your boots with you. The building has no address on it, so that Uber et. al, can't find you and will cancel, they call it "One East River Place" on the security hut and refuse to put up a proper visual numeric sign...? Be very careful and check out all the other comments, this isn't a luxury building but rather a fraud. Stay far far away [less]
No one cares
Dear Admin2009,
What kind of a jerk-off are you?, you have 302 Posts !!, get yourself a life. My comments are based upon actual experience, that would b helpful for a potential new tenant, your's are based upon nothing. Stop PLAYING WITH YOURSELF, I'm embarrassed for you, go to sleep.
Yes, get a life Admin2009. Perhaps NYONE can suggest better avenues for your online obsessions. And stop wiggling.
LOL Nada :-D
Well clearly all that wiggling and cigar smoke was enough to cause the original poster to forget the usage difference between 'advice' and 'advise'.
So all those who are looking to rent a place in NYC so they can write their great novel of youth, love, and the big city should probably stay away, in order to keep their grammar and language acceptable to publishers.
Before NYONE objects to your 1118 posts and their implications about your life, let me assure everyone that the grammar in every single one of them has been impeccable.
So few vacancies in a 400 unit building. What gives?
