Discussion about 685 First Avenue #26E
If your considering either buying at "ONE United Nations PARK" or renting at "685 FIRST AVENUE" .which is the same building, both rental and condo in this mixed building, look at the LOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. This is the largest vacant lot in NYC owned mostly by the SOLOW Company. What kind of view are you going to have when these clowns build in front of your face..!!. They have a history of being amongst the worst builders and landlords in the City. Look what they did to their own tenants at ONE AND TWO SUTTON PLACE they put a new building in front of their faces and blocked the views of their own tenants, why?, for the God almighty buck !!. Sheldon Solow is now dead, but the Son is head of the organization, whose even worse than PAPA, hard to believe. Beware of these horrors

@Selborne

As I get older, I find myself laughing at more and more things.
In doing so, my brain creates associations and triggers other things that I recall as funny that are barely related.

Every time I see this headline, "Beware" "Danger," my brain immediately cuts to that hilarious scene in " the Russians are coming"

I suppose "Danger Will Robinson" would be much less obscure.

I love "The Russians are Coming". Alan Arkin was amazing. And I get the association you made.. just surprised that anyone else remembers the movie.

Alan Arkin has always been comedy genius.
And that movie is timelessly funny to me no matter how dated.
Others that instantly come to mind that were "old" movies when I was a kid in the 70s.....Its a mad mad mad world and Operation Petticoat.
The 70s really was a soup of new and reruns, more than any other decade I think.

Lost in Space - great theme song . But in the sci fi category , second to the Space 1999 them song
