beware danger here, stay far away

Here's some advise from a former tenant. The AC is inadequate for an all glass building. The AC units in the apartments have a drip condensation pan under each one, so that you have water coming from your ceiling from the unit above you. The AC in the gym is awful!, the Gym club charges more than Equinox. The elevators are constantly out of service, you have to leave early to get anyplace on time. Given that we have two buildings joined together, almost 800 apartments are here, the concierge and doormen don't give a damn and can't recognize all the tenants, anyone gets in the building, security is terrible. Take a careful look at the location, traffic is awful around here, it isn't a pleasant neighborhood.
