Sublet/Lease takeover for my Apartment

Hi all, I wasn't sure the best way to go about this, but I'm looking for someone to take over my 1-Br, 1-Bath, apartment starting this November 2022. Our lease goes until February 22, 2022, but with the lease takeover, you'll be grandfathered into my current least price of $6,199. Is this the right place to list and/or is there anyone here interested? Also selling some furniture with it if interested! Best, Seeda
