building at 444 Humboldt Street

I've been there. The penthouse apartment is great, the others feel really small despite the fact that they are duplexes.

Hi mjc, I saw the floorplan of the pethouse. It looks gorgeous. I wonder if it's worth buying this one and bear the location, or it's better to get a smaller 1br closer to Bedford... How is the neighborhood and the walk to station?

The neighborhood is pretty good, some interesting bars and restaurants. The walk to the train is easy, three blocks to Graham Ave. It seems to be more family oriented than the Bedford area. If you I only needed one bedroom, I'd go closer to Bedford.
