Has anybody been in this building? It seems pretty nice, but no sales yet. Am I missing something?

common charges aren't too bad, but the estate taxes are pretty high.
area is upcoming but very commercial with a lot of traffic.
depends on what your looking for. further out west 55 - 60s there are plenty more developments coming up also if your not already aware of them. that may be the reason why the sales is slow on this one.
